Friends for Maria Chapelle-Nadal gathered for the Kickoff of her campaign for re-election as Representative from the 72nd Missouri State Congressional District.

Francis Yueh, St. Louis Chinese American Newspaper, introduced several supporters from among the many notable guests. They included State Representative Barbara Fraser, Jan Jensen from the organization Women in the Neighborhood, Professor Hung-Gay Fung from the University of Missouri in St. Louis, Jason Tang from the Organization of Chinese Americans, Willa Boisseau, Secretary of Maria's campaign, and Cecelia Nadal from Gitana Productions (Maria's respected mother.)

Wei-Hong Theater Restaurant hosted the party and provided delicious refreshments for all after the speakers.
