Joseph Mazzuca joined Royal Banks of Missouri's Commercial Lending Division as a Senior Vice President/Commercial Relationship Manager. Joe will be housed at the Creve Coeur branch while working to increase Royal Banks' relationships with clients on commercial real estate transactions.
Joe brings with him 20 year experience in commercial banking specializing in construction loans, land acquisition and development financing, and permanent loans on commercial real estate. Joe's permanent commercial real estate financing experience includes investment property, owner-occupied, office/warehouse, and hotels.
Timothy Dix joins Royal Banks of Missouri's Commercial Lending Division.

Timothy Dix joined Royal Banks of Missouri's Commercial Lending Division as an Assistant Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer. Tim will be housed at the Saint Louis Hills branch while working to increase Royal Banks' relationships in commercial real estate development and investment.
Tim brings with him a well-rounded background in real estate development and investment, as well as business banking. |
