Residents of U. City's North-West Neighborhood are invited to review a draft of their development plan 4-8pm Thursday, December 7 at Heman Park Community Center, 975 Pennsylvania.
Boundaries for the North-West Neighborhood Plan are: North & South Boulevard to the east, Olive Boulevard to the south and the city limits to the north and west.
During this open house residents will be asked to review and provide written comments to the area's improvement, maintenance and preservation plan before it is finalized.
