Residents of U. City's North-West Neighborhood are invited to review a draft of their neighborhood plan 6:30-8pm Thursday, February 8 at Heman Park Community Center, 975 Pennsylvania.
During this interactive session, residents can make final comments on proposed initiatives for the area's improvement, maintenance and preservation. Community recommendations will be incorporated into the Plan. The Plan will then be forwarded to the Plan Commission and subsequently to City Council for review and adoption.
