St. Louis-The 16th Annual Interfaith Music Festival: Experiencing Diverse Faiths and Cultures Through Music will be on Sunday, April 29, 2007 from 3:00-5:00 pm at Congregation Shaare Emeth, Ladue and Ballas Road, Creve Coeur, MO. This is one of two annual fundraisers for Interfaith Partnership/Faith Beyond Walls.
Come celebrate an afternoon of interfaith music, dance and culture. Performances include JOIA World Percussion Ensemble, Shalom Church African American Gospel Choir, Muslim Women's Group performing Pakistani Chants, a Baha'i Prayer chanted in Persian, Soorya Performing Arts performing traditional Indian and Hindu dances, and Cantor Seth Warner of Congregation Shaare Emeth singing Jewish liturgical music. An special invitation is extended to the Chinese community to be our guests at this special celebration of diverse religions..
