【時報訊】聖路易第15屆「FIRST NIGHT」慶祝新年活動將於12月31日下午5時半在聖市Grand 大道和 Lindell道交口之大門開始，節目包括有音樂、舞蹈、舞獅等室外表演，開幕式訂下午六時開始，第一次煙火施放為晚間9時，新年倒數計時晚間11時半開始，晚間12時迎新年時將會有大型煙火秀慶祝。
「FIRST NIGHT」入場費用每人8元，可得別針一枚，兒童 (6至12歲) 4元，五歲以下兒童免費，入場券可在Starbucks咖啡店或地下鐵車站購買，現場購買成人10元、兒童五元。

EVENT : First Night - St. Louis 2008, themed "Rhythm of the Night" The 15th annual visual and performing arts family festival highlights more than 75 musicians, dancers, actors and singers will enliven the imagination, astound the sense and encourage creativity.

ADMISSION BUTTONS:
Admission buttons are $8 for adults, $4 for children 6-12 and free to children 5 and under.
They are available in advance at one of the participating Starbucks or Borders locations in the bi-state area and online at www.Firstnightstl.org. Buttons are also available at MetroRide Downtown located inside the America's Center at 7th and Washington Ave. or at MetroRide Clayton on the 2nd level of the Shaw Park Garage at 232 S. Meramec Ave. Buttons can be purchased at the event, $10 for adults and $5 for children.
TRANSPORTATION: Metrolink will run shuttles from Grand Blvd station to Grand Blvd. and Lindell every 15 minutes. Shuttles will operate from 4:30 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. Transfer tickets will be required for shuttles. For complete information on rates, routes and schedules; go to www.metrostl.org.
PARKING: Grand Center and St. Louis University parking lots and garages are open.
STREET CLOSING : Grand Blvd. closes at 6 a.m. on New Year's Eve for event set up but will reopen at 6 a.m. January 1.
