The Florissant Fine Arts Council is proud to present the St. Louis return of the Golden Dragon Acrobats. This performance has been rescheduled from last October due to homeland security issues with this company that has been performing here for the past 30 years!
Direct from Hebei, China, the Golden Dragon Acrobats have toured all 50 states and 65 countries to perform astounding physical feats and celebrate the rich tradition of Chinese culture. The Golden Dragon Acrobats are carrying on a time honored tradition that began more than 27 centuries ago. They are recognized as the premiere Chinese acrobatic touring company of today. Their 25 members combine award-winning acrobatics, traditional dance, spectacular costumes, ancient and contemporary music and theatrical techniques to present a show of breathtaking skill and spellbinding beauty.
Acrobatics, and these world renowned ambassadors, the Golden Dragon Acrobats, continue to provide a cultural exchange between China and the Western Hemisphere. The FFAC is proud to conclude its 33rd season with this remarkable evening of entertainment.
