The Hispanic Festival Inc. is celebrating Cinco De Mayoat the Cinco de Mayo Village at the Florissant Civic Center on May 7 and May 8 from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. There will be Latin music, childrens pavilion, pinata, Latin foods and drinks including margaritas and Latin beers. The event is free to attend but food and drinks will require cash.
