The cities of O'Fallon and St. Peters in Missouri are listed among Money Magazine's Best Places to Live among small U.S. cities, released Monday. At No. 26 is O'Fallon, MO., with a population of 77,000. The magazine touted the cities' mix of corporate offices, including MasterCard's global technology and operations center, and more than 400 acres of parkland. At No. 60 is St. Peter, MO., with a population of 56,000.
