Grades and test scores matter, but the most important part of the college application is the essays. Applying to colleges is competitive today. Students need to confidently show their unique personalities, interests, and ambition. On some applications they may have only 500 words to show who they are, what their goals are, and how they are special. I tutor students individually to help them communicate clearly and convincingly why they will be strong students at the colleges of their dreams.
