Spiders, bats, black cats and more ?students from St. Louis College of Pharmacy had tricks and treats in store for kids with diabetes at their annual - frightfully fun - Boo Fest, Sunday, October 27th. Young ghouls and guys came dressed in scary, spooky, funny and silly costumes for this safe and healthy alternative to trick or treating? presented by UnitedHealthcare.
Ghostly creatures took flight over the Quad hosting fun games with prizes for all. Creepy, crawly refreshments ? frightful franks and devilish drinks - made this year's Boo Fest a monster-mash-bash for families and friends of youngsters with T1D (type 1 diabetes).
JDRF (formerly the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) is the leading global charitable supporter of T1D research.
