James Hsiau, born in Taiwan, came to the U.S on his first plane ride at 8 months old. He has been in Scotland for four years, and in Taiwan altogether for four years. Between times, he has lived in Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, Kentucky and Oregon. Currently, he is serving in the middle east with the Missouri National Guard.
