St. Louis Teachers Visited China
Organized and led by Ms. Sheila Onuska, Deputy Director of Cooperating School Districts, 22 St. Louis' public an private elementary and middle school teachers visited China from June 19 to July 12, 2000.  They had one week seminar and conference at Beijing University to learn Chinese history and culture.  Then visited 9 cities at China.  Teachers also had a formal meeting with Nanjing Deputy Mayor Tao-Lin Zhang to discuss the eastern and western education.   Nanjing is a sister city of St. Louis for 20 years.
