Master Simon Lailey (R) meets with Master Ying X. Cai (R3) and Lawrence Abrams (R4), Larry Byers (R2) at St. Louis.

Master Lailey, Sanshangong School of Martial Arts, Isle of Wight, England, is an international writer and researcher of the Martial Arts.  He has written many articles for U.S and U.K. publications such as "Martial Arts Legends", "Traditional Karate", "Combat" and "Martial Arts World".  Master Lailey has during his career studied and taught in Australia, Hong Kong, Mainland China, and America, in addition to the United Kingdom.

Master Cai, Cai Classic Kung Fu School, St. Louis, MO, was born and raised in Fujian Province, China, has studied both Southern and Northern Shoalin QuanShu (Kung Fu).  Master Cai taught Kung Fu at two St. Louis Chinese language schools.

Introduced by Lawrence Abrams and Larry Byers, The Chinese/Okinawan Research Society, Master Lailey meets with Master Cai on March 25, 2000 at Olivette Community Center, St. Louis to discuss and exchange Kung Fu experience and skills.
