March 2000, St. Louis Chinese American News uses the full services of the "Overseas
Chinese Newspaper Information Website" which was developed by OCAC, Taiwan. 2
project leaders Ms. You-Wen Tong and E-Fan Chen from Taiwan OCAC, accompanied by Mr. and
Mrs. Frank Hsing (Director of the St. Louis Chinese Culture Center), visited Scanews on
May 9, 2000 to review the editing and news files transfer processs. |
