The Parkway West High School held the 8th annual fundraiser for their golf and baseball teams at the Landings Golf Course on Sunday, April 27th at 1:00. Organized by Rick Shapiro, the event included lunch, dinner, a silent auction and raffle prizes. There were also 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes, as well as closest to pin and
the longest drive contests. Members of the teams were encouraged to invite friends and family to play in order to make the event such a big success.
Led by varsity coach Scott Hedges and JV coach Chris White, members of the golf team participated by facilitating check-in and taking in hole sponsor signs. They also played but could not win any prizes. SCAnews proudly sponsored Hole 14 to show support for Parkway West High School.
