Dwyatt Gantt, Children’s Hope Executive Director, announced that the lengthy search for a new Director of the Children's Hope China Program ended with the hiring of long-time CHI family and volunteer, Ann Tollefson. She will head the China team that finds homes for over 500 children a year.

“She brings uncommon knowledge and understanding of the whole field of adoption,?Gantt said. He added that her management experience was important but it was her lengthy devotion to Children’s Hope families that made her perfect for the job.

Ann and her husband Kevin have adopted four wonderful children. She served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Children’s Hope before resigning in order to give more attention to her children. Ann also moderates all 59 CHI adoption chat rooms as well as being featured on both CHI promotional videos.

She worked in a leadership position with SBC for 15 years and brings those years of management into this work.
