We had 22 students from Christian High School. The students were juniors and seniors and are enrolled in the Foods II - Cultural Foods class. They have studied foods from the world and this experience helped them to get even better acquainted with the food of Asian culture. Our school is located in O'Fallon, Missouri approximately 20 miles west of St. Louis. The high school has been in existence for 10 years and has students seventh through twelve grade. It is an interdenominational school. Marie Pilger is the Foods teacher. Lisa Haas was the bus driver. We will be having the quail eggs, green tea, jackfruit and fortune cookies on Tuesday. The students had a great time and some have said they will be back with their parents . |
