【時報訊】聖路易聯邦儲備銀行積級融入社區發展，於五月三十日(週五)下午2至4時，在聖路易城區辦公大樓8樓會議廳，邀集大聖路易地區社區各族裔人士會談，為社區打造美麗新願景。
此次座談會由Provident, Inc.總裁Kathleen E. Buescher開場，首先由聖路易聯邦儲備銀行副總裁Randall C. Sumner介紹現階段經濟大環境，接著由該銀行資深專員Matthew W. Ashby及專員Eileen Wolfington就聯邦儲備銀行如何加強與社區各族裔合作事項及所扮演之角色作詳細說明，並回答與會人士之提問。
The Role of the Federal Reserve Bank in Community Development

The program explains how the Federal Reserve works with local organizations to improve communities and increase access to credit. The co-sponsor is the Social Enterprise Alliance. Their local St. Louis chapter promotes social enterprise as a strategy for addressing some of the most pressing problems in the Gateway region's nonprofit social sector. Social enterprise describes any nonprofit, for-profit or hybrid corporate form that uses market-based strategies to advance a social mission.
