On April 25, 2008, Royal Banks of Missouri invited a group of third grade students from Lucas Crossing Elementary School to take a tour of the corporate headquarters. These children are part of an optional after school program run by Lisella Martin, Cynthia Veal, and Jeffrey Rhone. This program started out as a book club but now incorporates other subjects such as finance and basic economics.
With the help of Hether Beck (Commercial Loan Officer), Christopher Townsend (Branch Manager), and Cynthia Jones (Bookkkeeping Supervisor), the children were able to learn about each department and day-to-day function of the bank. |
