InBev has completed its $52 billion purchase of Anheuser-Busch and will now be known as Anheuser-Busch InBev. CEO Carlos Brito announced a stronger, more competitive global company with the closing of the historic transaction. August A. Busch IV said the deal will lead to a "promising future" and the company will be able to sell the products "to more people, in more countries than any other company in the history of brewing beer." |
