目前聖路易有超過60家的企業使用在聖路易各區之企業中心作為公司辦公場所及營運地址，每年之營運利潤總額超過一億六千萬美元，創造出716個就業機會。
聖路易企業中心由聖路易經濟委員會管理及推動，在大聖路易地區的中城、南郡、西郡及Wellston共設有四個中心。

Prospects also will have the opportunity to tour the Enterprise Center and meet current incubator tenants.
Currently, more than 60 emerging companies call St. Louis Enterprise Centers home. These firms represent remarkable diversity and growth, with existing and graduate companies generating more than $160 million in revenue and providing over 716 jobs, according to a 2007 study conducted by St. Louis County Economic Council.
