Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra Revenue, Attendance Jump
The Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra says its just-ended season was successful in key areas including attendance and ticket sales. The nation's second-oldest orchestra, founded in 1880, reported increases of 15 percent in revenues and 7.8 percent in total attendance. The symphony also reported labor stability, with a new three-year collective bargaining agreement with musicians announced last month a full year ahead of schedule.
