St. Louisans have the shortest wait time in grocery store check-out lines in the nation. Local residents have to wait an average of 59 seconds in supermarket lines, according to data from the Mystery Shopping Providers Association. Residents in Washington, D.C., on the other hand, have to wait the longest out of the 25 cities studied - with an average wait of 8 minutes, 23 seconds. |
