Ticket Sale Revenue Rises 16% For SLSO
The most important part of Wednesday night's St. Louis Symphony Orchestra Town Hall meeting might just be the financials that make great art possible. The SLSO completed its 2010 fiscal year on Aug. 30 with ticket sales, which account for 80 percent of earned revenue, at almost $6.5 million, an increase of 16 percent. Tickets sold were up more than 10 percent, and the per-concert attendance increased by more than 9 percent. |
