【時報訊】聖路易美華協會(OCA) 2011年青少年領導才能獎學金，即日起開始接受申請。每名得獎人將獲得獎學金500元，申請截止日期為2010年12月10日，敬請把握機會，踴躍申請，申請表格請見時報本期內容或時報網站下載使用。

申請資格：1. 須為美國公民或永久居民(PR)2. 須為高中三年級或四年級學生3. 高中學習成績GPA3.0以上4. 父母親須為美華協會付費會員
申請手續：1 填妥申請表2 高中成績單影本3 兩封就讀高中推薦信4 300到500字論文一篇，論文之題目："How to use technology in promoting civil right issues among Asian American community"5. 請將上述資料文件郵寄至密蘇里大學丁帥教授Professor Cody Ding404 Marillac Hall, Educational PsychologyUM-St. LouisSt. Louis, MO 63121.

The Organization of Chinese Americans, Inc., St. Louis Chapter (OCA-STL), establishes the Youth Leadership Award to recognize and reward deservingjuniors or seniors in high school, who have demonstrated leadership within their school activities and in community service.
AWARDA selection committee will select award recipients. A $500 cash award will be presented to each recipient at the OCA-STL Annual Banquet, Scheduled on February 19, 2010
ELIGIBILITY Must be Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen. A Current Junior or Senior Student in High School. Cumulative GPA 3.00 or above. Their parents must be paid OCA members.
PROCEDURE 1. Application Form 2. A Copy of your Official High School Transcript 3. Two Recommendation Letters from High School 4. One Page ,Single-Spaced, 300 to 500 Word Essay.
Essay Topic:"How to use technology in promoting civil right issues among Asian American community". Personal Interview May Be Required.
