A revised plan for Ballpark Village, the mixed-use development proposed by the St. Louis Cardinals and The Cordish Co., received unanimous approval from the city's Downtown Economic Stimulus Authority (DESA) Wednesday morning. The approval restarts the clock on public incentives the developers need to move forward with the long-delayed project, but it is just the first of many steps the developers need to take before financing can be completed and construction can begin. |
