The Historical Society of University City is sponsoring a State of the City Address on March 3, 2011, the anniversary of the birth of E.G. Lewis, the founder of University City.
University City Mayor Shelley Welsch and City Manager Lehman Walker will present an overview of the City of University City, financially and otherwise, in this first-of-its-kind event in University City.
The State of the City will be presented on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, on the fifth floor of City Hall.
Light refreshments will be served.
