OCA Board Member, Jing Liu, was on hand to help present an award for the Outstanding Student of Chinese Language studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE), which has been sponsored by OCA for many years. The university awards students in all the departments to recognize their achievement in the subject. Families and friends joined with students and faculty for this celebration of excellence across all disciplines in the College of Arts and Sciences. OCA is proud to continue sponsor this award and motivate more interest in the Chinese language
