The notification shall read: "Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness"; or "Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions." Consumers can be notified using brochures, on the deli case, labeling of food product, table tents, menu advisory or other effective written means.
