Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA) Youth Leadership Award
The Organization of Chinese Americans, Inc., St. Louis Chapter (OCA-STL), establishes the Youth Leadership Award to recognize and reward deservingjuniors or seniors in high school, who have demonstrated leadership within their school activities and in community service.
AWARDA: Selection Committee will select award recipients. A $500 cash award will be presented to each recipient at the OCA-STL Annual Banquet (date to be announced).
ELIGIBILITY: Must be Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen and a Current Junior or Senior Student in High School with Cumulative GPA 3.00 or above
Materials needed: 1. Application Form; 2. A Copy of your Official High School Transcript; 3. Two Recommendation Letters from High School; 4. Essay.
Essay Topic: "How does diversity as an Asian-American impact your sphere of influence?"
Personal Interview May Be Required.
