UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. (Oct. 11, 2010) - The City of University City is pleased to announce its participation in "Make a Difference Day", a national day of service, on Oct. 22, 2011.

project in your own community. The 'Make a Difference Day' volunteer event is a fun way to build a sense of community in the great community of U City. I encourage U City residents of all ages to give a few hours of their time to make this event a success."
University City's "Make a Difference Day" will kick off at Centennial Commons, 7210 Olive Boulevard at 8:00 a.m. with refreshments. The first 100 volunteers to arrive will receive a "Make a Difference Day" t-shirt.
