St. Louis ranks 10th best city for real estate investors

St. Louis made Market Watch's list of the 10 best U.S. cities for real estate investors.
Prices are still falling in the city, and the median list price is $159,000, so homes can still be purchased at bargain prices, the website reports.
"This market is recommended for long-term investors interested in a conservative market that will promise annual appreciation as the market improves," Market Watch states.
Tuscon, Ariz. ranked first on the list, followed by Austin, Texas; Kansas City; Baltimore; and Fort Worth, Texas. St. Louis was No. 10 on the list. |
