"What an amazing evening we had on May 4, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency at the Arch in downtown St. Louis. Over 550 dressed-to-impress guests reveled in an elegant evening filled with great food, heart-warming stories, silent and live auctions, well-deserved honors, Fund-A-Cure and start-to-finish overwhelming generosity. All of the credit goes to our board members, donors and volunteers who brought in an astonishing $970,000 to help fund the research to treat, cure and prevent T1D (type 1 diabetes)," said M. Marie Davis, Executive Director JDRF Greater Missouri and Southern Illinois Chapter.
