St. Louis Premium Outlets Open In Chesterfield

8/22/13 - Hundreds of bargain-hunting shoppers gathered for Thursday morning's ribbon-cutting to mark the official opening of St. Louis Premium Outlets. It's located off Exit 14 of Interstate 64 in either direction near the Boone Bridge and about three miles west of the Taubman Prestige Outlet mall that opened earlier this month. St. Louis Premium Outlets is a $100 million, 350,000 square foot development that opened with 80+ stores and is reportedly 100% leased. The opening created 800 jobs and the $140 million in annual sales is expected to generate up to $11 million in sales tax revenue for the city of Chesterfield. (KMOX/Brett Blume)
