The Greater St. Louis China Business Forum, Inc. Letter from Tom Bottini, President Dear Ladies and Gentlemen This will advise you of two upcoming programs which should be of interest to you and your colleagues. For those members, or would be members, it also solicits your membership dues for the year 2002. If you need an individual invoice please contact John Garavaglia at johngarava@aol.com and he will provide one for you. See the attached notice for further details. The first program is three weeks from today, on Friday May 3rd, 12 to 1:30pm, at the Faculty Room, University Club (21st) floor. On that day we will host Shuming Zhao who will speak on "The High Tech Labor Market in China". Cost, which includes lunch and parking, is $22. $20 for members. Our co-sponsors of this program are the Center for International Studies of the University of Missouri St. Louis and the Human Resources Management Association, International Committee. We hope you will join us for an exciting program by a real expert on the topic. A brochure with further information on the program is attached. The second program is a half-day program sponsored by the St. Louis International Coalition for World Trade Week. The topic is China and the WTO and it features speakers and panels on various topics relating to business between the U.S. and China. Finally, let me mention the rescheduling of the second quarterly Roundtable Luncheon from May 8th to Wednesday, June 5th. The Board took this action to support the World Trade Week program instead of providing a difficult choice for members. We look forward to seeing you on May 3rd! Tom Bottini President The Greater St. Louis China Business Forum, Inc.
