OCA-STL 2002 Leadership Development Program 

This leadership development program is meant to train community leaders among Chinese Americans.  OCA President, Matthew Yu, spent countless hours to getting this program in place.  OCA wants the Chinese American community to get the maximum benefit of this program. 

Seats are limited.  Please register ASAP. Paid OCA-STL members are FREE.  Non-paid members and non-members will only pay $10 per session.
