Jones說他即將揮別20年的政治生涯，轉換跑道。

Moving on與resign或quit不太一樣，會用moving on應該是要離開做了好一段時間的工作。另外，多半也是自願離開，去追求更好的機會。

Fortnum & Mason is receiving a rush of applications for a cushy new job opening at the upmarket grocery store: chief chocolate taster. The store's resident chocolate buyer is moving on after 13 years on the job and Fortnum & Mason is offering 35,000 poundsfor somebody with the right skills to take over. 

Personnel director Cathy O'Neill said that she's already had a massive response after advertising the 'best job in the world' on Sunday. We have had loads of people writing in saying they have absolutely no experience, or they work in the metal industry or something, but they love chocolate,' O'Neill was quoted as saying,adding her nine-year-old daughter Molly has already written to the managing director.
