Charter Communications Launches International Channel on September 1, 2002

Charter Communications and International Channel hosted a press conference to announce the launch of International Channel multicultural programming in St. Louis area at Hyatt Regency, St. Louis on August 27, 2002. International Channel is a cable television channel that offers programming from around the world in more than 20 Asian (Chinese, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino), European and Middle Eastern languages.
