This is a chance to talk and get unhurried personal advice.  You can choose to have or NOT to have any or all of the screening tests.  QUICK, PAINLESS and FREE - all you need to do is SHOW UP! NO APPOINTMENT! People of all ages are welcome!

Test results are given to you to show to your doctor.

If you have no doctor, you can ask about free or low-cost medical groups! Education is a powerful part of health protection.  We have information booths on MC+ Medicare, Medicaid, Health Education, Diet, Red Cross, Life Line, CPR, and many other areas!  A Health Educator/Advocate will follow up with you about your results and get feedback about how we can better serve the community.

The University City East Health Protection Services is a volunteer group of physicians, health professionals/educators, nurses, medical students,  and community volunteers who provide health screening and follow-up treatment, if necessary, to people who have no affordable or accessible health care protection.
