WHAT: On-Stage at Powell - a unique series featuring four chamber ensemble performances presented throughout the 2002-03 season.  Audience members have the opportunity to sit on-stage at Powell Symphony Hall with SLSO musicians during the performance and lively commentary, as well as participate in a question and answer period.

WHEN:	Wednesday, October 16, at 7:00 p.m.

TICKETS: Free Event, no tickets required.  Seating on-stage is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

	The popular On-Stage at Powell concert series returns at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16.  The audience is invited to sit on-stage at Powell Symphony Hall with members of the Saint Louis Symphony's string section while they perform and discuss works composed by Mozart, Brahms, Dvorak and the Symphony's own Christian Woehr.  The discussion will take a lighthearted, amusing approach to what an undertaking it is to compose for an orchestra.
