Jim Ryan congratulates leaders in Chinatown 

	Candidate for Governor Jim Ryan extends best wishes to the board members and members of the Chinatown Chamber of Commerce as they are preparing for their upcoming 20th Annual Awards Dinner and Banquet.
 
   	The State of Illinois has benefited greatly from the hard work and dedication by the members of the Chamber of Commerce.  Their initiatives this past summer with the Chinatow/Pilsen Trolley program was a huge success.
 
	Working with the Asian American Institute, the Chinese American Service League, Chinese Mutual Aid Association, the Chinese American Civic Council, the CMAA, and the South East Asia Center, the Chamber and the Cook County have helped to launch bilingual ballots for the November 5, 2002 election.
