	The Saint Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra's first concert of the 2002-03 season is at 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 15, at Powell Symphony Hall.  Guest conductor Amy Kaiser will lead the Orchestra in Karel Husa's Overture ("Youth"), Schubert's well-known Symphony No. 8, "Unfinished" and Dvorak's melodic Symphony No. 9, "From the New World." 

	Hailed by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for "performances that would put at least half of this country's so-called professional orchestras to shame," the Youth Orchestra, founded in 1970 by Leonard Slatkin, is comprised of young musicians ages 12-22, representing 45 different schools in the metro St. Louis area.
