Tai Ji lessons at Fo Guang Shan St. Louis Buddhist Center As part of the "Cultural & Arts Learning Program," Fo Guang Shan St. Louis Buddhist Center has invited Mr. Justin Meehan to teach Tai Ji lessons at the center. Tai Ji, a form of moving meditation, is a martial art that can help one to concentrate better and improve one's health. Mr. Meehan has over 40 years of martial arts experience, and has been practicing Tai Ji for over 35 years. Mr. Meehan is an author of several books on Tai Ji, and has received numerious awards in regional and national Tai Ji competitions.
