MISSOURI PRINCESS PAGEANT CROWNS WINNERS

The first five titleholders for the Missouri Princess pageant were crowned on Friday, 
November 21st in Chillicothe, Missouri. Kimberly Hines of Chesterfield, Shannon Holguin 
of El Dorado Springs, Marissa Foli Of Chillicothe, Kelsi Elliott of St. Louis and Riley 
Brown of Lee's Summit.

The pageant involves girls ages 5 to 18 in five different age divisions. Areas of competition include interview, on stage introduction and formal wear. There is also an optional talent competition. Talent winners will perform at the Mrs. Missouri Pageant, the official preliminary to the nationally televised Mrs. America Pageant. The first state preliminary will be held February 27th & 28th. The state competition will be held in conjunction with the Mrs. Missouri Pageant on March 19th & 20th. Preliminary finalists will qualify to compete for the state title.
