2003 OCA-STL Leadership Development Program Purpose: Equip Chinese and Asian Americans with the character, understanding, knowledge, and tools to be leaders in the corporate world and community at large. You will be learning leadership skills from corporate leaders. The skills you learn from this program are applicable to your professional and personal lives. Approach: There will be a total of three sessions, leading by BJC Healthcare Network, MasterCard International, and Monsanto Company on three Saturday mornings. Each session will a three hour lecture, discussion, and practice of a particular topic. Attendees: Attendees will be primarily members and supporter of OCA, St. Louis and other Asian American Organizations. Attendees with several years of professional experience are preferred.
