Larry Lieberman, University City Councilmember 

	Larry Lieberman, University City Councilmember 1st Ward, has lived in
U.City since 1952, and served as Councilman 3rd Ward from 1965 to 1986, at
which point he moved to the 1st Ward.  In 1996, he was elected to the City
Council again, this time representing the 1st Ward.  All in all, he has
served the city in this capacity for 29 years.  He is married, has five
children and eight grandchildren.  His wife, Joy, currently serves on the
University City Board of Education. Mr. Lieberman also serves on the
Missouri Governor's Advisory Council on Aging, and on numerous boards and
committees related to University City and to the senior population.
