(call UCE Health Educator at 721-6133 to set an appointment) Health historians assist clients to develop personal, life-long health history books as part of the School for Patients. NOW AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH, CHINESE AND SPANISH!    Results are given to you to show to your doctor. If you have no doctor, you can ask about free or low-cost medical groups! Education is a powerful part of health protection.  HPES has information booths on MC+ Medicare, Medicaid, Health Education, Diet, Red Cross, Life Line, CPR, Alzheimer's Association, and many other areas! A Health Educator/Advocate will follow up with your results and get your input about how HPES can better serve the community health needs.  ALL HEALTH INFORMATION IS KEPT CONFIDENTIAL!
